Mix milk and egg in a medium bowl. Using a seperate bowl, mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper. Dip each pork chop or rib thouroughly in milk mixture, then coat the meat with the dry bread crumb/parmesan mixture. Coat each side well.
Add oil to skillet and heat skillet on medium/high heat. Place pork in skillet and cook each side for 8-10 minutes. Cook thouroughly until meat reaches 165 degrees.
