This is a fun and simple recipe for a classic party appetizer. Orange marmalade adds a sweet flavor to these tasty little guys, while jalapeño peppers give them a nice zesty kick. Enjoy!
Mix the orange marmalade, orange juice, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, jalapeño pepper, green onion and salt in the Crock-Pot.
Add meatballs and coat thoroughly with marmalade mixture.
Turn the Crock-Pot to the "high" setting and let them do their thing for 2-3 hours or until the meatballs are cooked through.
There is no need to defrost the meatballs if you are using the frozen variety. Also, it can be VERY hard not to take a peak or maybe sneak a taste...or two...or three, but try not to open the lid too often.
