  • 32 oz frozen meatballs or your favorite meatball recipe
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 jar orange marmalade 12 oz.
  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbs jalapeño pepper diced
  • 2 Tbs green onion diced
  • 1 Tbs salt

  1. Mix the orange marmalade, orange juice, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, jalapeño pepper, green onion and salt in the Crock-Pot.

  2. Add meatballs and coat thoroughly with marmalade mixture.

  3. Turn the Crock-Pot to the "high" setting and let them do their thing for 2-3 hours or until the meatballs are cooked through.

Recipe Notes

There is no need to defrost the meatballs if you are using the frozen variety.  Also, it can be VERY hard not to take a peak or maybe sneak a taste...or two...or three, but try not to open the lid too often.
